12日、福岡地方裁判所で開かれた論告求刑公判で検察側は、本多被告について自身が暴力団関係者だとウソをつき、日本刀を首に当てるなど脅迫と暴力で従業員を支配し、拒絶が困難な状況にしていたなどと改めて指摘しました。
